Building Usage Request Form

Please use this form to request time usage at the Hope Church facility. All requests will be reviewed but not all requests will be accepted based on conflicting usage or church policy (i.e. Saturday nights). We will try to respond to all requests within three days. Please give us as much lead time as possible to ensure there is enough time for proper planning. Thank you!
